Huaxin's HS700 pneumatic comparator is made from high quality and transparent acrylic material which produces a beautiful and compact structure and enables the operation of piston to be clearly seen. As a bench top pressure calibration solution, it is specially designed to generate micro pressure from -0.5bar to 0.5bar for calibration of pressure gauges or other pressure instruments in laboratory or on site at the measuring point.

Features
1. A fine adjustment valve is outfitted for precise adjustment of pressure of 0.01mbar (1Pa).
2. Relieve valve makes sure that pressure can return to zero quickly.
3. Two standard pressure outputs ensure easy connection of gauges under test without having to use the wrench.
4. The vacuum pressure comparator is fitted with a differential pressure port that enables connection of gauges under test by hose.

Applications

1. Plug
Screw it up when not in use. It prevents dust and other matters entering the port.
2. Pressure Port (Output)
There are two pressure ports: one is used for reference gauge and another for gauge under test.
3. Differential Pressure Port
The port is used for connecting differential pressure gauge by hose.
4. Relieve Valve
Close the valve by turning clockwise before pressure generation, and slowly turn it anti-clockwise to release system pressure.
5. F-adjust Valve
The F-adjust valve is fitted for precise adjustment of pressures. Turn clockwise to increase pressure and anti-clockwise to decrease.
6. Lead Screw (screw spindle pump)
It is used for fast adjustment of pressure. Increase pressure by turning the lead screw clockwise, decrease pressure by turning the lead screw anti-clockwise.
